Welcome to Villa Konalić,
 Villa Konalić is located in the picturesque and environmentally
protected area of Rijeka Dubrovačka, more exactly at Rožat Donji, a small oasis of peace and harmony in the vicinity of Dubrovnik. This area is protected because of its natural beauties. In the
vicinity there is also the ACI Marina "Miho Pracat", one of the largest, most attractive and best equipped marinas along the Croatian coast. Available within the marina are: a shopping center,
restaurant, swimming pool, tennis courts, cafe bar and much more.
Due to its beauty and mild climate, mainly because of the influence of river Ombla, this part was the favorite summer residence area of Dubrovnik nobles who build their renaissance summer palaces
here. The remains of those palaces, some from the 16 century, can be found even today along the shores of Rijeka Dubrovačka.
In addition to Villa Konalić there is our family restaurant where our guests can enjoy in specialties from Croatian and Dalmatian national cuisine.
In front of our house we have arranged a pier for our guests and visitors who wish to arrive with their own boats. There is also the possibility for our dear guests to rent small boats and explore the surroundings and visit beaches.
 A long tradition of satisfied guests speaks of the level and quality of
service we provide at Villa Konalić.
We are located in a peaceful and quiet area, enabling you to truly relax. The climate is very favorable, it is always several degrees cooler that in
Dubrovnik with a mild breeze bringing refreshment.
The center of the town Dubrovnik is only about 6 kilometers from Villa Konalić . Public transportation is available to the Old Town Dubrovnik, with busses leaving every 10 minutes. The bus station close to our house.
