Location

Villa Lia is located in a quiet and peaceful area, 1500 meters from Old Town Dubrovnik. Several pebble beaches, together with shops and other services you might need can be reached by foot or car. Private parking can be arranged, for those arriving by plane or boat we offer to pick you up from the Dubrovnik airport or from the city-harbor.

Dubrovnik is situated in the southernmost part of the Republic of Croatia and is now the administrative seat of the Dubrovnik-Neretva County and the focal point of a developed tourist region of Dubrovačko primorje, Župa Dubrovačka, Cavtat, the islands of Korčula, Lastovo, Mljet, Šipan, Lopud, Koločep, the peninsula of Pelješac and the agriculturally rich Neretva Valley and Konavle.

Dubrovnik is rich in cultural and historical monuments and is included in UNESCO World Heritage List. Dubrovnik Summer Festival is held annually here, and the city is also the venue for scientific, scholarly and literary conferences and world tourist congresses. Nature lovers can find here a true Mediterranean landscape, sailors will find marinas and blue sea. It has also excellent sports and recreational facilities and air, sea and road links with the rest of Europe and the world.

Dubrovnik, a city with a millennial history, in which everybody can find their true self. Dubrovnik also offers good air, road and sea links, service stations for motorized tourists (petrol stations, repair shops, emergency road service, etc.), tourist information, then banks and exchange offices, clinics and pharmacies, newspaper and magazine stands, and many other things that a visitor needs and expects. Dubrovnik's international airport is 22 km from the city center, while Mediterranean cruise ships regularly call at the port of Dubrovnik. A varied excursion program is also offered by the local travel agencies.

Accommodation

We offer our dear guests 3 apartments for rent. The accommodation units are fully equipped and tastefully decorated.
Apartment Ivona -Nr.1- consists of 2 rooms (double room + single room, in case of need 2 double room), kitchen, bathroom, own parking, own entrance and TV.

Apartment Ivana -Nr.2- consists of 2 rooms (double rooms), kitchen and living room with possible 2 extra beds, bathroom (with wash machine), own parking; own entrance and TV.

Apartment Roko -Nr.3- consists of 1 bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and balcony.
