The entrance to the villa is onto a large lower terrace containing a large grill and outdoor dining table.

Doors from the terrace lead into a fully-equipped kitchen with six-hob stove, dishwasher and washing machine.

The first and second floors contain four double bedrooms and 3 baths. Two of the bedrooms contain pull-out sofas. The master bedroom has A/C and jacuzzi.

The spacious lounge is on the top floor and includes; A/C, wireless internet, Cable TV, DVD Home Theatre and DVD Library. Stairs from the lounge lead up to the pool.

The pool measures 6 x 7 meters and the pool area includes; two large sundecks and lounge chairs for sunbathing, toilet and outdoor shower.

From the stone sun-decks, steps lead up to the summer kitchen which contains a very large grill,10-foot dining table and another very large stone terrace.

Only 20 minutes by car from Dubrovnik and less than 5 minutes to the nearest beach. The villa would be ideal for those wishing seclusion in a fabulous setting outdoors or in.

Due to the unique design of the property, the villa would not be suitable for very young children or those with walking difficulties.
