Villa Pazanin is located in Lozica, one of the most elite residence areas in Dubrovnik. The position of our house and the apartments we offer for rent enables our guests magnificent sea views on the islands and the port Gruz, at the same time enjoying superb comfort in our newly build apartments.

Enjoy your morning café or evening rest at our terrace or balcony watching ships and boats pass by. Visit the Old Town Dubrovnik and other interesting destinations as often as you choose, with the newly build bridge over Rijeka Dubrovacka it will take you only 10 minutes to drive to the Old Town.
