hospitality and at the same time being able to visit
Dubrovnik, Cavtat and many other interesting destinations
as often as you choose, Villa Scala is the right choice
for you.
Villa Scala is located in Mlini, a small township only
8 km from Dubrovnik, conveniently situated on the northern
coast of Zupa Bay. Mlini was known for its water mills
('Mlini' means 'Mills') because many brooks and streams
enabled their use in former times. The brooks with many
small falls still pass through the township and are
today inhabited by many ducks and other birds. Our house
is situated just above the road leading from Dubrovnik
to Cavtat with beaches and other tourist services within
walking distance from our accommodation. Our guests
enjoy beautiful views over Zupa Bay, the islands and
the open sea.

Sandy, pebble and rocky beaches,
cafe bars, restaurants and many other tourist offers
and activities are available in Mlini. Explore Dubrovnik
and Cavtat, the local buses pass every 30 minutes and
you can also take a boat that departures regularly from
Mlini port.
Distances: Beach - 5-6 min walk, store - 2 min walk,
bus station

WE OFFER OUR DEAR GUESTS TWO APARTMENTS EACH ACCOMMODATING 4 PERSONS, FULLY EQUIPPED AND TASTEFULLY DECORATED, FOR RENT. Both apartments are located on the first floor, consist of 2 sleeping rooms, kitchen with dinning area, bathroom and 2 balcony's.
From the balcony's you will enjoy beautiful views of
Zupa Bay, islands and the sea. Apartments are air conditioned and have SAT TV.
