Villa Sema is conveniently located on peninsula Lapad, by many the most beautiful and pleasant part of Dubrovnik. Located near the sea in a peaceful and quiet area, surrounded with Mediterranean sub-tropic vegetation, our accommodation enables you to truly relax. A nice walking path along the sea around Babin Kuk area starts just outside of our house.

Everything you might need is within walking distance. In the vicinity of our apartment there is a grocery store and a bakery. Post office, bank and bus station are just 200 meters away . A beautiful pebble beach with many adult and children activities can be reached in several minutes.
